COVID-19, An Update For Our Customers
As we face these uncertain times, we do so together. COVID-19 impacts everyone – both personally and professionally. As like many brands we’ve reached a dilemma: to continue being available to customers or to cease marketing activity during times of increased sensitivity. For now, we will continue to serve you, our customers, as best we can, while keeping an open and transparent conversation if and when anything changes.
The safety of our employees, suppliers, delivery partners, fulfilment team and customers is paramount. We continue to follow and react to up-to-the-minute official advice during this situation. Our service offerings are now open and you can still order through our online offerings.

I hope this finds you well and staying safe. As we’ve shared throughout this journey, your safety and the safety of our associates are our top priority. Ever since our store closed in mid-March, our teams have set up strategies about reopening – and keeping your wellbeing as our top consideration with every decision. From the 1st August, we will be offering all services and welcome you back to Kaneya.
For all our online customers, we continue to serve you. You can use the online pickup service or we can deliver to you using limited-contact shopping experience as convenient and as safe as possible. Last week we opened our store, with a limited service offering as per government guidelines.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable when you are in our store. We have therefore opened with government and health official guidelines to bring you the best shopping experience. We have implemented our Shop Safe Standards and these include
Face Coverings: We require everyone to wear face coverings inside our store.
Testers Are Unavailable: Please don’t touch or use them as they are for display only.
Increased Cleanings: We frequently clean and disinfect our stores throughout the day.
Hand Sanitizer: Available throughout the store for your use.
Social Distancing: Practice appropriate distancing of at least six feet. To support this, we will have limited occupancy throughout stores.
Salon Safety: All salon services are by appointment and with increased safety measures. Face treatments can be booked only after the 1st August.
Wellness: Staff will participate in daily wellness screens before their shifts.
As always, we offer our healthcare heroes half price for our services and products for their tireless efforts to keep us all healthy. Please just display your health ID. These small acts reflect our big, heartfelt thanks to those taking care of us all.
